The Fargo Moorhead area just got another even higherflood forecast. It's estimated that they will reach and surpass the previous record levels around 1AM Friday morning with the potential of rising another 2 feet beyond record levels. As stated bythe National Weather Service, "we will be enteringuncharted territory" and "do not have models to predict what the river will do" from that point. I can't imagine how disheartening and frightening this is.I'm asking that you lift this region and thesepeople up in your prayers. If you can take a minute or two to pray tonight or in the coming days andnights, please do!Pass this request on and let's cover the Red Riverwith God's strength, courage, and peace through ourprayers.
The Lord rules over the floodwaters, The Lord reignsas King forever.
The Lord give His people strength. The Lord blesses them with peace.

A New Haircut

Candice has a new haircut ... she is going to miss 5 1/2 inches of the hair she chopped off. It's cold! We were lucky enough to miss most of the blizzard, but now it is frigid with the gusty winds. Candice is visiting her grandparents in Wisconsin right now ... a little weather wasn't going to change her travel plans.

Coffee Shop
Wedgewood Manor is building a coffee shop/beverage center for the staff and residents at the nursing home. We are in need of a clever name for this new space. My ideas that I've collected are Cuppa Roast, Roaster Coaster, Jumpin' Java, Second Cup, Golden Sippers. What do you think?
